The Packaged Filled Pastas are available in practical thermosealed packaging. There is a choice of four different fillings available: Traditional Cjarsons with typical aromatic herbs from Carnia Sweet Cjarsons “CARNICI” with Frant cheese (typical local cheese) and walnuts “RUSTICI” with sausages and speck

In addition to the Cjarsons we also produce other types of pasta: SACCOTTINI (small pillowed pasta) filled with stinging-nettle PUMPKIN GNOCCHI (dumplings) RAVIOLI WITH PUMPKIN FILLING
